Zombie Y position changes and Animation Stops on Reload

After I reload the scene after dying, the Y position of zombie changes. Half of its body goes below the terrain. The animation stops as well. On the first play everything looks good but on reload this is what I experience.

Did the Zombie walk correctly before or has this always happened? Have you already tried to rebake the navmesh?

Found the resolution after digging around 3 days, I found it was because there is Animator at Parent Gameobject level and there is another Animator at the Gameobject that contains the zombie model. If we deactivate the second one, instead of removing it, this will solve problem. Atleast it did it for me.
