Zombie Runner - Nav Mesh bakes on some objects but not all

Hi everyone,
While working on video “Early Gameplay loop” I tried spruce up my map like Rick did. Upon hitting bake some tiles will not create the blue walk path while others would.

The objects highlighted appear to not be ‘static’. It appears the navmesh is generating under them. You need to mark these objects as static.

You would either select the checkbox (red arrow) or, in more specific cases, only pick ‘Navigation Static’ (blue arrow) from the dropdown.
