Zombie Floating

My character floating just above the ground. I have done everything to resolve this read on many forums that this issue occurs when there is a problem with capsule collider position so altered its position in many ways even remove both collider and nav mesh agent still floating while gameplay. checked animations in character ‘import’ still not find anything wrong. The issue is the Y position of the enemy increased while gameplay mode doesn’t understand why.
