in unreal when you jump the cube up and down, wouldn’t it be the y axis that goes up and down, not the z-axis?
I’m not too sure what might be throwing you off in this instance but I hope i can clarify it a bit for you:
Looking at the viewport you can see the ‘Z’ axis in the world (bottom left) and on the object(the gizmo inside the cube). The cube’s positive Z direction currently in this screenshot is upward.
So when you add impulse in the positive z direction on the cube positive z direction, it hops upwards.

Haha yep I was using Unity, Blender and Unreal at the same time for a while and all the different axis definitions can be a pain.
