Well you could separate them out in different threads?
Resources and free add ons, supplementary free standing programs.

Part of the problem becomes each needs a basic explanation of what they do.
Armour paint wants money too.

You can get it for free if you compile it yourself (or someone does it for you). I wrote it in the description,but maybe that’s not clear from the description?

Someone posted it in discord, but aside from “free” in the page title - there is no indication if all the stuff on the site is legal or not?

I just took a look, and I don’t think I’d trust a site that doesn’t have a general statement about the blueprints being free, AND legally obtained.

itch.io Is a site where people upload their models and textures, some people offer them for free.

These are some good additions to the itch.io website that look really useful:
