Why Quit Action only triggers inside a Level Blueprint

Hi,

My own approach to complete a challenge was to place ‘InputAction Quit’ node inside a game mode blueprint that is running on a level.

It confused me why this action was not being called when used from game mode and only when I moved it to level bp as suggested in this lecture.

Can someone explain to me the difference in behavior of this input action when placed in game mode bp as opposed to level bp.
