Why not rather use the Character Prefab to add the hand transforms?
I see you do the same for Player and Enemy. The Character prefab has a Fighter script attached?

The hand transforms are specific to the model that is being used in the prefab. The Character prefab has no model at all, and you’ll eventually want to have several different models for your enemies and non-player characters. This will require dragging the appropriate skeleton transform for each character.
