Why is there jitter in realtime motion and not in timeline animation?

How can I share video recordings of
a) my timeline ‘rail’ animation
b) recording of my real-time manipulation of my spaceship that is following the rail

I want to know why the real-time interaction has a jitter ? The difference is obvious when you compare the two recordings
