Why does my walls look so different?

I am working on the warehouse wreckage blueprints game. I tried building the level but all my lightings and materials look different. Why does this happen? Can someone help me make the level look just like the tutorial (or similar)?

Set your directional light to 0, 0, 0 for the rotation.

why does the walls still look a bit white? Is it suppose to be like that?

and why when I play everything is very dary?
