Why are all my objects different colours in sculpt mode?

Colours are faces sets. Go to the face sets tab upper left menu bar, face sets from visible. If you want to be rid of them!

Face sets are just a way to help you identify separate areas of a mesh when sculpting. Never found any use for them myself but doubtless there are others that use them all the time!
