once i parent the last tow fingers with keep offset the whole mash got disorted

That usually mean there is cyclic problem. Either between constraints and/or parenting. It’s hard to say without seeing the file or going thru the them. I’d start with disabling all constraints. You can do this by clicking the Eye icon on the constraints.

As Dwayne already mentioned it’s very hard to tell whats going on.
I’ve encountered this problem also.

• Check the weight map
• Be sure normals are outside

Why are those apparent finger bones not connected?
