Which credential helper to use?

When I tried to push, I got an extra modal asking me to “Select a credential helper” with 13 options from “no helper” to “wincred”. Which one should I have selected? (I’m just going to go with “no helper” for now.) Thank you.

EDIT: Worked for me after using the “Manager” option in the pop-up.

I have the same issue: when i try to push it shows me the following pop-up:

when i use “no helper” it shows an error:
