Where to get the Compiler?

So I was following the instructions on Lesson 7 but when I got to the installer bit (1:54) the option selected was simply not there for me. The Screenshot is attached. Also attached is the search results from searching “developer” on the search bar. Do I already have the application required? Or am I doing something wrong? Plese,

C++ Build tools, they just removed “visual”.
