When I use Aspect Ratio Fitter, the image shrinks and isn't like in the video

I did Set Native Size and then the image resizes down. What I am doing wrong?

I read somewhere that for tutorials I should just follow it step by step like a robot. Is that better? I seem to be getting errors from deviation.

Setting to Native Size sets the image component to be the exact same size as the sprite/texture you are using.
