What is the difference between Rotation and getComponentRotation?

-What is the difference between Rotation and GetComponentRotation?

Try to understand this by documentation on at Rotation Documentation
But I could not?

-What does that mean to use GetForwardVector().Rotation()? Why did Mr @ben use GetForwardVector().Rotation() with Barrel and did not do GetForwardVector() with AimDirection Rotator?
