If I see it well, the IK bones in the training video can be moved without the character deformation. My IK bones deform the object indefinitely. Why is that? What could I do? Thanks!

Not done too much of it myself, but,
Are your IK control bones connected to arm and leg bones or the armature?
Just wondering as I thought that the armature would set the transform restrictions, like bones from foot > knee > hips.
just thinking out loud.
I’m not sure how but in this case it looks like rather than extra bones being made the bones have been moved and partially converted to a control bone (Hence the cone shaped bones).
