What have I done wrong? Help me please!

If I see it well, the IK bones in the training video can be moved without the character deformation. My IK bones deform the object indefinitely. Why is that? What could I do? Thanks!

Sorry about the long response time. We’ve just restructured the forum, and now @irresistiblejelly and occasionally @Michael_Bridges will be able to dive in and help.

Not done too much of it myself, but,
Are your IK control bones connected to arm and leg bones or the armature?
Just wondering as I thought that the armature would set the transform restrictions, like bones from foot > knee > hips.

just thinking out loud.

I’m not sure how but in this case it looks like rather than extra bones being made the bones have been moved and partially converted to a control bone (Hence the cone shaped bones).
