Can anybody explain what does it mean the word “thingamajig”?(word from subtitles)
English is not my native language and I could not find translation

if you dont remember a thing is called, generally the slang “thingamajig” is used.
so in context.
A car has 4 of these rolling, round, thinamajigs…
(if I cant remember that theyre called wheels when i point to them)
