Really nice dragon!
I think yellow would stand out nicely, but green would look good, too.
Specifically, I like the idea of yellow eyes and all of the stuff that is currently colored tan (the face, chest, and back plates) would look good in green. A two-tone red and green dragon would really look good with yellow eyes.

I don’t have a hex value in mind, but I’m thinking a deep emerald green maybe?
Deep green would really set of some yellow eyes, whereas a lime green (like an iguana) would probably look good, but maybe not have as much contrast.
