You’re delivering HotPizza to the customers who are calling to the pizza store, one by one and order hot pizza, they are buying from HotPizza cause they deliver so fast and the pizzas are actually hot when they will be delivered, so customers will pay tip for the Hot pizzas and will be angry if you’re late and deliver them an none-fresh one which will be kind 'a cold food

I would say our driver would be delivering pizza but if we somehow wanted a smidge of accuracy to real time, delivering any kind of food would make the player experience more frantic than relaxing.
Also, I would not be happy if the food that the delivery guy was giving me, he picked it up randomly off the road. Who knows where it has been?
