I’m talking about the tags used in Community, not the tags used in the Unity game engine. Do the tags have a meaning. For example what does 6_dc_pxc mean? Is this even the right place to ask this question?

The tags are a reference for the lecture that the post refers to, It should when you ask a question automatically add the tag relevant to the lecture that you are posting from.
In the case of 6_dc_pxc its the 6th lecture of the “designing characters” section of the “pixel characters course”.
Mostly these are for the teaching assistance so that if we need to check the lecture that the question is posted for then we can find it easier.
