Excellent job for an early stage in the course.
Some objects are missing materials clearly, but mostly it needs a roof!
I think it’s an old western style which doesn’t have a sloped roof?
Possibly, not an era or place I would be confident in specifying. I just guess they needed some sort of roof as it rains a bit almost everywhere!
