Greetings to all,

I think that in this case the title is very explanatory: it all started with the idea of making the animation of the lamp and from there my head started to wander.

Let’s go in order, shall we?

  1. A simple animation made with IK hiding the interface and moving the mouse:
  1. The same crab-lamp (which was going to be the main character of the animation) in a walk cycle.
  1. Several walk cycles of Max Caufield from Life is Strange (the model is not mine, I wish I had that talent).
  1. My last animation based on a cinematic from the videogame “Ultimate Spider-Man”.

Nice animation, getting a walk natural is hard which is probably why so may use motion capture.
