The construction, model is good.
The shadow is a bit strange like the well is floating from the ground.
What happened?

If you use cycles, shadows are correct.
if Eevee, you need to tweak some shadow options. You will learn.

Does your base plane actually come up to touch the well base. Still no ground shadow, which is odd.
