Welcome back three years to dig the well out? 
Did they need a well with the pond/lake right next to it? Though it does almost explain the very high water table inside the well. 
Good course models though.

LOL @NP5, digging is hard work! Threw my back out multiple times! Well, the course has changed a LOT its like getting a new blender course for free. Love these teachers

regarding the lake… the well was dug because the lake was filthy! got some natural sediment filter. between it and the well haha jk. just havin fun
