So I have noticed that my game has lots of these weird lines both vertical and horizontal
Even more when I play the scene and they constantly pop up all the time, any ideas what’s causing this guys?

The scene window is not as important as the game window. The game window is a preview of your game. The scene is just the place where you arrange things.
So the question is: Do the weird lines also appear in the game window?
