The shadow next to the eyes looks weird. They are separate objects.

It looks like the eyes making the shadows are not touching the head. Thereby casting a shadow with the hole.
Using Eevee ??
Invert normals ?
The Eyes are in fact inside the head, but the problem persists
Watch this, because eevee basically, bad at shadow handling
