Got it on first try. However I used points instead of edges to put in the faces.

Bit of overkill but wanted to show that I got the process versus this cheap way of not deleting the unused vertices:
This will also help fix in my head how Blender works.
Selected the Y Face, via the RMB, then Translated out a bit:
Selected the 2 Vertices on the top of that Face via the RMB:
Deleted the those 2 Vertices via the X key:
Selected the 4 Vertices for the new top Face via the RMB:
Clicked on Mesh, selected Edges, via LMB, then scrolled to Make Edge Face:
Then LMB clicked on it:
Selected the 3 vertices on the right side via the RMB:
Then pressed the F key:
Rotated to the left side via the pressed down Scroll Wheel:
Then RMB clicked the 3 vertices for the left side then pressed the F key:
Et violà! Camera view accessed by pressing the 0 key on the NUM Pad:
And then the next lecture did this anyway.
