I just choose the Blender course that I want to eqipped my self with a capability to create Heart and Brains 3D models my own. This is my expectations from Blender Character Creator Course.
Am I on right direction ?
Please reply and guide me further if possible.

I would imagine sculpting would be a key element in maing such natural organic shapes, so in that respect certainly it will teach you the tools and methods that can make such shapes. I would do the course making the character first before trying those projects of your own. The introductory sections get you used to general Blender use and control.

But human 3D anatomy is public domain, given by a hospital and or university.
