This was a really fun and challenging assignment. Also for anyone else who got stuck trying to select bones in weight painting mode, I learned that in the newer blender versions, they changed the hotkeys from [ctrl + left click] to [ctrl + shift + left click].
I was imagining the little guy in a dark cyberpunk setting with neon lights. I added a bit of bloom because it reminded me of that soft phosphor glow effect you see on old crt tv’s.
