Hi all!
My second post of using udemy and I’m absolutely loving the community assistance I received on my very first post! Many thanks to Ben and his team as well as the community for helping out with my inquiries from my last post - humbled that I am.
I’ve got a question as you can see in the uploaded screen grab, when I open up BuildingEscape from Epic Games Unreal Engine, followed by Visual Studio classes, it comes up with two files, the one on the left (on your left) is the original version that I requested to open, so I can edit the header/implementation files which I have no problem with. The one on the right appears to have nothing in “Search Solution Explorer” area. So my questions are to those that are reading this post:
1.) Why does that keep on happening?
2.) Is it a new feature that Epic Games have added in the form of a back up class/solution?
3.) If it’s not a back file solution, how do I stop Visual Studio opening up an empty ‘Ghost BuildingEscape’ classes?
4.) Can the original source file be used on the left, thus destroying (closing down) the ‘Ghost BuildingEscape’ class, will that have any impact on the original class?
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, as I just want to make sure I’m going though what needs to be learned step by step
