I wanted to give Visual Studio a try as I have been having issues with Monodevelopment intellisense working properly for me over the past four months or so. I have literally been using unity to tell me what is wrong as I am running duel monitors and then just fix the mistake in the code.
Upon switching to visual studios i have run into this little bit of information after beating a challenge but not because my codes were not loading one another properly due to the error that my scripts were being compiled as “Miscellaneous files”. Microsoft does not have a solution for this just yet and the below link takes you to the post online I found. I will be promptly going back to monodevelopment although I would like my intellisense to f-ing work! Ah this cost me at least 30 mins of my life.
