I have this issue here, when i create a new Project in Visual Studio (latest updates) this errormessage comes: 
. I have looked in the errorlist and it says everything is fine. 
. Where is the issue? I tried to make a new project but the same error message the project cant be found pops up.
The problem is stated in German here “The system can not find the stated file.”
Obviously, you ran into one of those odd VS problems. There are multiple solutions to this so I can’t help any further.
You can search for more if nothing there works.
i dit everything what they say but it didnt worked for me, i will now try to reinstall visual studio and see if it works
Update: I have repaired Visual Studio by clicking repair on the visual studio installer and now everything is working fine. So if someone has the same problem just repair or reinstall visual studio and it should work.
