I’ve got my tiny house super small now and on top of the hill (and super tiny now). Light house is in place, but may be a bit large for the scene.

I think you are right there is a big scale discrepancy there. Imagine a person for a house standing by the lighthouse.

That’s how they get their exercise, half a mile down to the lighthouse and 2 miles up the stairs.

I think a lighthouse that tall could actually make for neat stylistic twist – but perhaps make the top part a bit smaller in height, since that’s the space that would actually be occupied by the humans who live in the adjacent houses.
From there, you could really sell it by adding a thin cloud or two just underneath the top
