Is the file physically in this map?
check it with the OS file manager
yes so here is a new file i set up the setting for rendering and saved the file then i chose (view render ) but i still have the same issue

I see as a filename ‘0000-0145’, which is the number frame range.
But you forgot to add a real file name in the output
Output: C:\User\HP\Desktop\blender\my_video
‘my_video’ as your video name. No file extension and number needed (Done by blender).
