Most of the content (videos) is only visible with Google Chrome.
It doesn’t work on Mozilla Firefox.
I believe this is due to cookie settings, if you have them in the strictest setting possible something breaks.
If you put it on Standard protection everything works fine, at least I never had issues on my end.

If one clicks the shield icon and then ‘Tracking Content’, Firefox (by default) blocks external content from static.hotjar.com. Clicking ‘Manage Protection Settings’ and whitelisting this site makes them work. Alternatively, toggle the ‘Enhanced Tracking Protection’.

Old post, but i’m using Firefox Developer Edition, and it works fine
