I’ve tried playing this video multiple times and it just stops, and seems stuck loading. I’ve tried switching between Flash and HTML5 and that doesn’t’ solve the issue. I’ve checked my internet speed, and I have no interruptions, even YouTube videos are fine. How do I solve this problem?

Thank you for letting us know about the problem. On which platform are you watching the videos? Have you already tried to clear your browser cache?
And have you tried to access the website again a couple of hours later? Maybe there was a technical issue on server side.
I have cleared my cache, and did a hard reset of my browser with no luck.
