I am sorry you are having these issues.
I have checked this particular video with chrome here and although the player has a bug that teachable are working on the video does play. (The bug being the video starts with the sound muted but you can click to unmute)
I have also checked with other browsers and all seem to work so it seems the issue may be a local issue.
I would try some other browsers and clearing the cache to see if that helps solve the issue and let us know how you get on.
