Don’t give up yet on this one!
I found it is by far the most difficult piece to model when I made the scene.
And your knight is mosty good!
The only thing that needs improving is “nose”. Right now it looks like a Dinosaur I guess 
Suggestion. Grab these edges so you don’t have the mouth so pointy:
Maybe extrude the faces after having it more flat
