Very Slow Intellisense and compile time in Visual Studio 2022

Anyone using Visual Studio 2022,

Am experiencing very slow IntelliSense where even the code coloring takes a while to load and intellisense takes around 20 - 30 seconds to load compared to 1-2 seconds in visual studio 2019.
And compile times are super slow, it took 700 seconds just for a change in the hidden word.

Someone Please Help me

I’m using VS22 too but I’m not seeing the effect you are describing.

What does your logs look like? I would probably start with the build log if compile times are slow.
