UV Shape is different after doing Unwrap

i don’t know why i have different shape of UV Map?
And different warning message.
As i pointing at using an arrow in the image.

What i have to do to be same with Video Lecture?

I’m sorry. it’s Solved.

Maybe because i forgot click menu: UV > Seams from islands
on UV Editor workspace.
