And when I press select linked / normal / I can see the “border”. Why it’s separated and how I can fix it?
My guess is there is duplicate geometry there and it has unwrapped it as the duplicates are not connected.
Which type of UV-Map (generator) are you using?
Ah, actually as you selected by normal, (something I have never used) it may hint to check the normals are not backwards on part of the model. It would be odd for one portion like that but worth a look.
Overlays dropdown, Face orientation, tick the box. Blue is good red is backwards.

After U- project from view, with all the parts of the plane’s body selected, all parts joined successfully
