I have had this problem and the engine crashed about 50 times in the past 2 days. I lose my progress and it is so annoying. I was following anyway but it has become unbearable now. Tried everything I found on the internet. Every driver is up-to-date, antivirus turned off, switched to the dedicated graphics card in the NVIDIA menu. Nothing works!
I have 16 GB RAM, GTX 1050 Ti GPU, i7 7700 HQ 2.80 GHz CPU. Engine version: 25.3. Refer to the image for the error message, logs and things.

You may need to contact Epic support as you’ve listed everything I would have suggested.
