Unreal Engine 5.3.2 ERROR: UnrealBuildTool.dll not found

Hi I am currently taking Unreal Engine 5 C++ Developer: Learn C++ & Make Video Games. Currently I updated my unreal engine from 5.3.1 to 5.3.2 and getting the following error:
ERROR: UnrealBuildTool.dll not found in “…\Engine\Binaries\DotNET\UnrealBuildTool\UnrealBuildTool.dll”

I cannot compile any c++ files because of this. Can someone help?

Yup, experiencing the exact same issue after upgrading a project to 5.3.2
