Unreal deleted all C++ scripts for Crypt Raider

I closed down Unreal after a few tutorials and just came to it the following day to find the scripts made so far (Mover and Grabber) are gone from the objects they were attached to, and the Content Drawer.
Have I messed up a setting or has something gone wrong, because it’s going to be a bit annoying having to remake every script every time I start it up.

I have found that the files do still exist, just not being read by Unreal. How can I make them be readable by Unreal without breaking them by converting them?

I have found a way to make them work. I tried to open the file directly and selected Visual Studio code as the program to always open these types of files by default. It appears to work now
