Unreal 5.3 Crashing on Startup

Hi, Unreal crashes on startup no matter what I do. Here’s the error code.

I wanted to contact Epic Customer support about this but I can’t because I have to log in to contact customer support and I can’t log into my epic games account, I just get an infinite loading screed before it eventually times out. I can’t even change the UE version or anything because of this.

I already tried deleting and rebuilding my binary and intermediary folders associated with the relevant projects. Does anyone know what I can do?

C++ or blueprint project? I ask because if it was blueprint, your engine is messed up or gpu drivers possibly. If it is a C++ project then have you upgraded XCode? I believe mac unreal is very specific about XCode.

I think you would be better contacting epic for help so try and recover your account. Any assets you now need to sign into fab to get them so you’ll need it anyway.

I’m afraid I am not a mac user so try the discord or perhaps unreal source discord as they may have a solution (there’s a mac specific section there for support)
