I don’t know what you did exactly but have you already tried to restart Unity? Do you have a firewall or an antivirus program that could be blocking Unity? Have you tried to reinstall Unity?
If nothing helps, make a backup of your project by duplicating the project folder. Then start Unity, load the project and click on “Continue”.

Yes i have tried restarting Unity, but it only imported some more assets and scenes.
I have turned my firewall and antivirus off.
Yes i have tried reinstalling unity.
