Unity - Navmesh Agent Laggy

I’m following the course RPG and i’ve created my first moment. But i see that in some parts my character is “laggy”, please see the video. I don’t understand what the issue could be.

Can someone help me?

It’s not so much that it’s Laggy, it’s that it’s following setting within the NavMeshAgent and trying it’s best not to leave the NavMesh (at which point, the agent could become stuck.

You can try decreasing the Stopping Distance on the Navmesh agent and turning off auto braking, but these settings can create an even worse scenario where the agent overshoots the target.

You can also reduce obstacle avoidance, but in this case I think it’s stopping distance.
