Unity HDRP Shadow issue

Hi all.
I’m developing my first project solo and I’m facing an issue that even though i red several threads i was not able to adjust.
My spotlight is casting wrong shadows, it looks like the shadow is around the object (in the editor view is correct, in the game view not correct).
The issue that i’m facing is that the shadow stays around the object and not casts correctly in the ground:
