Because of this error now I can’t open any of my projects.
I deleted the manifest.json file and now this error doesn’t show up or open either(only in this project, the error still exists in other projects.).

Try to click on Continue.
Which version of Unity do you use? Maybe you’ll have to uninstall the package and reinstall it via Window > Package Manager.
