Where can we find and change the number of Samples in Unity 2019? I do not have the option shown in the lecture:
This has been a constant struggle while learning Unity … they keep moving basic functionality around with each update, it seems (even removing some basic options).

Click on the cogwheel icon in the top right corner of your animation tab, then on “Show Sample Rate”. Also see here.
